Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours.

Condition: Impossible if the order is already processed, packed, or shipped.

2. Returns & Non-Returnable Items

You can apply for a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in original packaging with all parts/manuals.

Exclusions: Final sale, clearance, customized items, items damaged by customer misuse, or unauthorized returns.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

You can contact support within 7 days of delivery.

Requirement: Keep original packaging and provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Remedies: Replacement parts, full replacement, or refund.

4. How to Request a Return & Refunds

Process: Email support@jlmcurbtech.com with your order number, item name, reason, and photos (if damaged). Do not ship without prior approval.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Partial or denied refunds apply if items fail to meet return criteria.

5. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

We believe in keeping things fair and straightforward! Who covers the return shipping costs depends entirely on the reason for the return:

If it’s our mistake: If we sent you the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. We will handle all return shipping costs and send you a prepaid shipping label. You won’t owe a dime.

If you changed your mind: If you decided you don’t want the item, ordered the wrong size/color by mistake, or it just doesn't fit your space, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

If your return doesn't meet our standard criteria (like if it's missing parts or original packaging), we may need to deduct a partial fee from your final refund.

6. Exchange Service

Exchange: We do not accept direct exchanges. If you have an issue such as an incorrect size or any other problem, please initiate a return process to receive a refund first, and then place a new order online.
