Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

If an address is outside our delivery area, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

2. Shipping Timelines & Uncertainties

Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UTC-7) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UTC-7) will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day.

Estimated Times: Processing takes 1–2 business days; transit takes 3–5 business days (totaling an estimated 4–7 business days).

Shipments are subject to unpredictable delays from weather, carrier bottlenecks, or other external events.

3. Damage & Loss Protocols

Damaged/Wrong Items: Reported with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

Lost Packages: Must be investigated with the carrier first; refunds or replacements are not guaranteed until the carrier confirms the loss.
